The following incidents were reported to the Department of Public Safety between Feb. 1 and Feb. 10. This log was compiled by Flyer News from actual police reports obtained from the Department of Public Safety.

Criminal Damaging
Feb. 1, 4:35 p.m.

Officer Cloyd was dispatched to Chambers Street on the report of a damaged window. He met with the complainant, a UD student, who stated that Jan. 28 he discovered the basement window in the rear of his house was broken. He called Residential Properties before he contacted Public Safety and was informed to file a Witness Statement Form. There are no known suspects or witnesses at this time. The repair costs are not known at this time.

Ambulance Removal
Feb. 7, 10:13 p.m.

Officer Orrill was dispatched to Marycrest Hall concerning a sick female. When he arrived, he met with the UD student who was complaining of a high fever and flu-like symptoms. The Rescue Squad ambulance arrived at the residence hall and transported the sick female to the Miami Valley Hospital. A Marycrest Residence Education staff member was notified of the incident at 10:35 p.m.

Burglary
Feb. 9, 1:30 p.m.

Officer Durian was dispatched to St. Joseph's Hall in reference to a criminal damage complaint. He met with a UD faculty member who stated he left his office Feb. 8 and when he returned he noticed the office door was not secured. There appeared to be pry marks on the door frame. Someone had also attempted to turn on his computer. There was nothing missing from the office, and there are no known suspects or witnesses at this time.

Criminal Damaging
Feb. 9, 7:30 p.m.

Officer Weber was dispatched to Woodland Avenue on the report of criminal damaging. Upon arrival, he met with a resident of the house. The UD student stated he left at 2 p.m. and when he returned he found his front door window had been broken out. The front door was still locked and he had checked the house and found nothing missing. There were no signs of forced entry other than the broken window. There are no suspects at this time.

Criminal Damaging
Feb. 10, 3:02 a.m.

Officer Little was dispatched to Founders Hall on a report of damaged ceiling tiles on the second floor. He arrived on the scene and observed approximately six tiles knocked out of the ceiling in the middle hallway of that floor. The tiles were broken and lying on the ground throughout the entire length of the hallway. There are no known suspects or witnesses at this time. The cost of the damage is also unknown at this time.
