Dayton's defense has continued to look strong and they have shut down Xavier's offense. Dayton has forced seven XU turnovers, and been able to get its offense going with the fast break.
UD was up 23-14 but gave up a Jordan Crawford three and then was unable to score and gave up an easy transition layup to Mark Lyons, making it 23-19, forcing a timeout by Brian Gregory.
The lead should probably be more than 4 points for Dayton right now.
